UK Standard delivery to the UK up to 1.5kg =  £2.45

UK Standard delivery to the UK = £5.95  (Orders over £40.00 in value have FREE delivery)

International Carriage:
We do not currently have an online service to countries outside the UK from this site. Please contact us directly on  +44 1243 607071 to make a telephone order with bespoke courier pricing to your country.

5. Returns Policy

5.1 Returns address:

The Pet Pantry will gladly accept returns for items that are in an ‘as new’ condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. The items must be new in appearance and free from damage, hair and dirt. Items must have been purchased directly from The Pet Pantry. Items not purchased directly from The Pet Pantry must be returned to the original place of purchase.

For non feed pet products and human merchandise, we recommend carefully trying your new Pet Pantry products indoors, keeping the packaging intact, and ensuring good personal hygiene.

5.2 Returns Process
Before sending an item back for return, be certain that the item is free from damage, dirt and hair and in a resellable condition.

  • Be certain that the item was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • Be certain that the item was purchased directly from The Pet Pantry.
  • Call us on 01243 607071 to get an Authorised Returns Number.
    Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
  • Please send back items that are in an ‘as new’ condition to the address below:

  • We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes a tracking number.
  • Include a brief explanation of your return, including a copy of the invoice / invoice number, and your Authorised Return Number.

6. Exchange
To make an exchange, please follow the above return process, and then place a new order for the items you would like.  Exchanges are handled as separate transactions.  Your return will be credited to you using the method that you made the original payment and your new order will be charged according to the method selected on your new online order.

7. Refunds

For a refund, please follow the above return process, ensuring that you call The Pet Pantry on 01243 607071 to get an Authorised Returns Number. Once we have received the item and confirm that the item is eligible for a refund, your return will be credited to you using the method in which you made the original payment. Refunds should usually be complete after 5 working days however depending on the acquirer they may take as much as 3-6 weeks to be processed.

8. Warranty/Guarantee
The Pet Pantry guarantees our non food products at time of purchase against material defects and/or workmanship for one year.  If you experience a problem with our product, please return the item with the original receipt our returns address. This does not include chewing, abuse or incorrect product use or storage.
